Paracetamol, propifenazon and caffeine are active ingredients that are usually founded in analgesic-antipyretics medicine. These compounds are soluble in ethanol and can absorb at ultra violet wavelength. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is the method that can be used to qualitative and quantitative multicomponent analysis. The instrumentation of HPLC consists of Zorbax ODS colom (4,6mm x 25cm); mobile phase methanol: aquabidest (40 : 60) at the flow rate of 2ml/minute and UV detector at 272 nm. The HPLC method meet the validation criteria, i.e: linearity, specificity, accuration and pressision parameter.
