This study aims to determine the effect of performance audit on Public Sector Accountability in Palembang. The object of this study are some of the Regional Hospital in the city of Palembang. The researchers conducted a survey by distributing questionnaires as a tool for the research data. The analysis begins with the validity and reliability and normality test. the hypothesis that has been withdrawn is processed by using simple linear regression model. From the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the hypothesis (Hi) is received, which affect the performance audit of public sector accountability, particularly the Regional Hospital in Palembang.
