If the teeth are extracted, the patient will feel uncomfortable and disturb the aesthetic. The problem is almost always overcomed by having dentures. The purpose of this paper is to recognize the flexible denture with advantages and disadvantages compared to acrylic denture. The method used library research and other data sources and analyzed descriptively. It is concluded that flexible removable partial denture is'more comfortable for the patients, fits better at the time of insertion and it is aesthetically more favorable because they have no metal clasp but aesthetic gum tissue-color clasp made of thermoplastic nylon.
