Vector mosquito are An. aconitus, An. maculatus dan An. balabacencis and their habitat in Kalipoh Village Ayah Sub District Kebumen District where geographic condition supported to malaria outbreak. This study aimed to concluded chacacteristic and risk factor of malaria incidence. Purposive sampling on this cross sectional study did about riskfacator of malaria transmission to the cases at July, 21-23; 2010. Data was collected by interview with quesionaire and observation. Cases are patient which positif Plasmodium. Out of 22 cases, 16 (72.7%) had interviewed. Majority of them were male (63.6%), 18- 40 years old (59.1%) and 81.8% type of Plasmodium is Falcifarum. Among them, that have practice of take a bath or taken outdoors water were 93.8%, defecated outdoors 100%, not proven from mosquito biting 75%, houses condition are near with cattle (100%), houses construction is not mosquito proofing (100%) and near from the others malaria patient (93.8%). Most of cases are male with 18 - 40 years old and type of plasmodium are Falcifarum. Houses condition where near with cattle and no mosquito proofing are risk of malaria incidence.
