This research is aimed to know the factor of influence capital structure of the company. The dependent variable is capital structure, meanwhile the independent variable such as firm size, growth of the company, profitability and the ownership structure to management decision In capital structure. The research showed the company fundamental, its financial aspect become consideration to the capital structure but other factor outside company control such as economic, government interventions, stock holder majority, and law may be main factor in determining structure of capital.
