Isi artikelThis research was conducted to measure some gender aspects in the study program'spolicy. It was conducted in all technical study programs in University UVW in even semester of academic year 2007/2008. The instruments used are questionnaire and interview to the study program leaders, lecturers, and female and male students. The results showed that there were no policies in the study program to build a conducive system for female students to study in the technological fields also no effort to increase the number of female students. Less than 5 % of female students said that there was some harassment including rude words, asked for dating, hold or kiss. To make the technical study program more interesting to the female students, it is important to make some conducive policies and teaching and learning strategies to female students.
