Behavior of public toilet user often cause of diseases which can be contagious through public facilities such as Candidiasis which is caused by mikosis often found in Indonesia. The user growth of Candida, sp can be overcome with addition of cupro sulphate (CuSO) user used to treat water of swimming pool. Addition of cupro sulphate into water of public toilet is needed. Also the accuracy of cupro sulphate dose should be tested of appliance through various models efficient and effective used disinfectant. The aim of this research for to test the effectiveness in degrading the contamination of Candida, sp in river water for public toilet of market in Banjarmasin. This is on experimental research with random device and design group “pre test and post test with control” Temperature and pH of water didn’t change at appliance disinfectant attempt process with active substance addition combination of cupro sulphate. The parameter of turbidity experience of degradation up to more than 72%. The used of disinfectant can degrade contamination of Candida,sp in water for public toilet aboutn75,66%-96,36%. Affectivity of disinfecting appliance had combination to disinfectant cupro sulphate was caused by active charcoal filter and cupro sulphate at dose 0,25 and 0,50mg/l. it can be proved that disinfecting appliance have combination with active substance of cupro sulphate can degrade contamination of Candida, sp in water for public toilet of market in Banjarmasin so that the organizer of public toilet can apply the result of this research and can protect the community.
