Airplane is one of the air transportation that is much in demand by the public. That is because the effectiveness and efficiency are provided to the community if they want to go from one area to another. Therefore, airlines are competing to create promotional programs so that people choose their airlines to be used and one of them is Sriwijaya Air. Sriwijaya Air in this case created a flight promotion program called SJ Travel Pass. This program provides the opportunity for the public to fly 365 days to any city in Indonesia at an affordable price of Rp. 12.000.000,00. In the SJ Travel Pass program there are terms and conditions that have been made by Sriwijaya Air in the form of standard clauses. By writing terms and conditions in the form of standard clauses, in this case the consumer can no longer negotiate the terms and conditions. So that in practice these terms and conditions are detrimental to consumers and are in conflict with regulations that protect consumers, namely Law Number 8 of 1999. Therefore, terms and conditions that conflict with regulations must be replaced and adjusted and business actors must be responsible for losses incurred to consumers. |
