The development of an information system will help human work become faster, easier and more flexible. The Bureau of Student Affairs, Alumni, and Student Career Guidance (BKAK) is a bureau that is responsible for the operations of student activities ranging from borrowing rooms for UKM and submitting proposals for UKM activities. During the transition period of the BSD campus, there were problems that arose, namely labor and very little operational time. Based on the problems that arise, then carried out research to design an information system needed by BKAK. The information system is specifically designed to answer the problem regarding aspects of space lending, the system was built using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The design of an online system for borrowing space starts with mapping information needs, analyzing the design and building a web-based online system with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The design of the online system is divided into three access entities, namely Student Organizations, Head of Student Affairs and BKAK. There is a functional testing of the online system for space borrowing with black box testing methods and test cafe studio software tools, very good results were obtained. There is also an assessment of online system page views with results between 4.42 to 4.75 which are categorized as very good and an assessment of online system satisfaction with results 4.5 which is categorized as very satisfied.
