Karl Polanyi in The Great Transformation criticized capitalism industry because capitalism market without government intervening will create disembedded people from their social relations or not equals prosperity. But, he also said that in market capitalism which government intervene the economic system will create embedded economy or equality of prosperity. Globalization was bored form capitalism market that means if concept is free trade. According to the Polanyi statement, the research of the effect of globalization toward social economic at positive effect (embedded economy) if the government choose the right and wise policies. The other way, globalization will create negative impact (disembedded) if the government leave the free trade without intervention.
