The leader's behavior has a significant role in organizational climate which is influenced by organizational structure, the environment outside the organization, technology and policy work and management practices. The five factors also affect the characteristics of workers (needs and objectives, the ability of the clarity of roles) or indirect employees. Characteristics of workers expressed the influence of management on those characteristics through the selection and education, in addition to organizational climate has a relationship with job satisfaction and employee motivation.
