This research tries to formulate and analyzes the significance of influence of Work Culture, Decision Making and Work Facilities toward Work Motivation and determine the most dominant factor role to the work motivation of employees in The Data and Information Center of Defense Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia (Pusdatin Kemhan RI). To verify in the hypothesis and data processing results obtained by multiple regression equation in SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. The impact of the work culture, decision making and work facilities to work motivation can be seen from the multiple regression equaton as follows Y = 5,593 + 0,248X1 + 0,382X2 + 0,308 X3. It can be noticed that the decision making by the leadership as the most dominant factor that plays role in influencing the work motivation.
