This study uses samples from 38 different Indonesian banking company that are listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2014-2017. The data were analyzed using a random effect panel regression on E-Views econometric package. This investigation finds that the director's age has a significant effect on dividend policy. Meanwhile, the nationality and the gender of the directors did not significantly affect a dividend policy.
