Home schooling is a legal option for parents in some countries to provide to provide their children with a learning environment as an alternative to public or privae schooling outside the home. The purpose of the research is to discuss the existence of home schooling system. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive analysis. This study indicated that: (1) Home schooling is a choice of school which does not have any difference with the public schools, (2) Home schooling should be considered as community participation in expanding access to education and improvement of formal-conventional learning methods which tend to be stiff and boring and it is a child's learning every time which is more flexible (4) if the parents want to do the home schooling, they must be pro-active to report to the national education in order to take exams equality.
