Human right in the contemporary world are universally accepted as ideal standard. Human right in Islam have been granted by Got; they have not been granted by any kng or by any legislative assembly. The people in the West have the habit of attributing every good yhing to them and try to prove that it is because of them that the world got this blessing; otherwise the world was steeped in ignorance and completely unaware of all these benefits. The objective pf this paper is to discuss the nature of the principle human right issues related to Islam. The method used library research and analyzed descriptively . It is concluded that (1) The first and the foremost basic right is the right to live and respect human life (2) Human right (in Islam) exist only in relation to human obligations. Individuals possess certain obligations toward God, fellow humans, dan nature, all of which are defined in the Shariah. (3) The difference between the basic human rights in western people and Islam in that the human right is unlimited rights but regarding not to harm others right and interests.
