Isi artikel
Dimensions of aspirations, work roles, and decision-making are delineated by the use of factor analysis. The rotated factors indicate that the instrumental-task and decision-making structure of the farm family is multidimensional. lntercorrelations of husband and wife measures indicate that there is a specialization in decision-making as well as in the performance of tasks with joint involvement in certain areas. While there is a consensus upon family goals, the value placed upon specific goals by the spouses also reflects their own interests and involvement in different areas.
