This thesis discusses Effect of Leadership and Job Demands to Job Satisfaction PT Bintang Sukses Energi with a sample set of 118 respondents using quota convenience method. The analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and two predictors regression analysis and hypothesis test. Results of regression analysis showed that two predictors Leadership Style and Job Demands jointly (simultaneously) significantly affects Job Satisfaction, and able to explain the Job Satisfaction simultaneously at 22%. Leadership Style has positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction of 24,1%. While the Job Demands has negative and significant influence on Job satisfaction of 37,8%. This study found some important conclusions: first that all this hypothesis has been proven significantly. The implication of this research is the right Leadership style can improve the feeling of Job satisfaction, which in turn will result in better performance. |
