The Success of female leader can not be separated from the role of the family. The study focuses on the family support aspects (pattern of social support, time management and reaction of social support). The purpose of this study is: (1). to deretemine the form of family support on career female leders, (2). to find out how female leders divide theri time between work and family, (3). to determine the reaction of female leaders support the family. The method used is a qualitative method with case study type and The method of data collection was by using interviews of 15 people female leader consists of managers, director and head of study program in Jakarta. Interviews were conducted at regular intervals in May-June 2010. The result showed that the female leader who have the family support to help in both emotional and instrumental support.
