This study aims to develop the current information system of mobile health apps in Indonesia by prioritizing customer needs in the system construction and also by adding some new features which are consumption and refill prescribed medicine reminder and appointment reminder using google maps APIs. The customer needs data collection is done using questionnaire, preliminary questionnaire and the main questionnaire. The result of the questionnaire processed using SPSS for the validity and reliability test show that there are 7 main menus expected by the customer which are doctor menu, hospital, pharmacy, laboratory clinic, home care, beauty care, and traditional medication/treatment. Beside that, some examples of function that are expected by the customer which are making appointment, making product and delivery purchase, online payment, reminder function, etc. Based on that result, the construction of the proposed system is supported by the flowcharts, context diagram, DFD, ERD, and CRUD Matrix. This illustration of the proposed information system’s made using Ms. Access and illustrated using “Sminq” and the the prototype is made by the developer in a form of offline mode mobile app but for android based smartphone. |
