Abstract
PT. Asuransi Ramayana Tbk is a company engaged in the field of risk management, especially general insurance. One of the problems that occurred in PT. Ramayana Insurance Tbk is the high level of employee turnover where this problem must be considered by the company because high turnover rate will disrupt the productivity and harm the company. In addition, the company's production target per year never reaches 100% because the employee's performance is still not maximal. The best possibilities that can affect employee performance are job satisfaction, organizational culture, and turnover intention. therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on turnover intention and employee performance. Through this research, it is expected to know which variables influence the turnover intention and employee performance so that it can be an evaluation material for the company to overcome the high level of employee turnover rate, and the performance problems. The data was collected by using questionnaires using purposive sampling technique with 170 respondents, while data processing was done by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using LISREL 8.80 software as data processing application. The result of the research shows that job satisfaction influence to turnover intention, organizational culture influence to turnover intention, job satisfaction influence to employee performance, organizational culture has no effect to performance of employees, and turnover intention does not affect to performance of employees. Job satisfaction is the most influencing factor in employee performance and organizational culture is the most influencing factor in turnover intention. therefore PT. Asuransi Ramayana Tbk needs to improve employee work satisfaction and organizational culture so that employees' desire to move can be reduced and have high performance
