PT. Rejo Sari Bumi Unit Tapos is a company engaged in the field of fresh cow's milk. Problems that occurred at PT. Rejo Sari Bumi Unit Tapos is less able to fulfill orders from consumers in 2016. Many factors that can affect the performance problems are one of them is internal service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of internal service quality on employee satisfaction and employee commitment that has implications on employee performance. Primary data collection in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. Rejo Sari Bumi Unit Tapos totaling 154 employees. Data processing is done by using LISREL 8.80 software with SEM method. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that there is an influence between the quality of internal services to employee satisfaction and employee commitment, there is influence between employee satisfaction with commitment and there is influence between commitment to employee performance. The amount of contribution variable employee satisfaction has a value of 74%. So the proposed strategy proposed to PT. Rejo Sari Bumi Unit Tapos to improve employee performance is to increase employee satisfaction. By giving a salary on time, and provide parking space for employees so employees do not have to pay for parking outside the company. |
