Now many interesting places of interest are more desirable so the museum becomes less desirable. If this continues to happen, it can cause museum tourists to experience a decline. Museum Bank Indonesia experienced a number of visitors who tend to fluctulatif. Therefore the museum manager should prioritize the satisfaction of the visitors for the museum can be better known and interested tourists, both domestic and foreign tourists. To measure visitor's satisfaction, the integration of importance performance analysis (IPA) method and kano model using servqual dimension to 100 respondents by purposive sampling is used. The result of integration of IPA method and kano model is 22 service quality attribute must be maintained its performance but 8 attribute of service quality must be improved again. The attributes that should be improved in performance include 1) clothing / uniforms of the museum officials harmonious, 2) the brochure provided can explain informatively, 3) the museum officials be fair in serving the visitors, 4) the officers explain the collection smoothly, 5) the museum officials describe the collection with detail, 6) promotion through national exhibition events museum collection about archeology and others able to increase the interest of the community, 7) the museum staff sprightly serving the elderly museum visitors 8) advertising through brochures, pamphlets or through social media is able to inform the public. Suggestions of this research are to continue to maintain the performance of the attributes that have been good and improve the performance of the attributes according to strategic priorities. |
