Sate Ambal Restaurant is one of the food outlets located in the Mars food court located on Jl. PuloSirih Raya FE Block No. 333, Bekasi Selatan, Galaxy BekasiRecidence. This study aims to determine whether the quality of services consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty dimensions influence the customer satisfaction of Sate Ambal Restaurant, knowing what factors are the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction in Sate Ambal Restaurant, as well as providing advice to the Sate Ambal Restaurant regarding the quality of service to customer satisfaction at Sate Ambal Restaurant. As for the process, this study uses the SERVQUAL method. Based on the results of data processing there are 5 attributes that need to be improved service quality, among others (A.4) adequate supporting facilities, (B.5) operating hours that meet the needs of customers, (B.6) quality of food taste, ( D.1) guaranteed food and beverage cleanliness, and (D.2) employee honesty. Of the five attributes that need improvement, the attributes that are the main focus in priority improvement are attributes (D.1) with statements that are "Guaranteed food and beverage cleanliness". These attributes have the highest gap value that is equal to -0.077. |
