Process of tshirt screen printing divided in two which are manual screen printing and digital screen printing. Manual screen printing lacks in production rate while digital screen printing lacks in cost and size of design. In this final project will designed manual screen printing tool with production rate 40pcs per hour that can increase the production rate with low price. UNP steel is used for this tool . It used because of this tool does not need material with high strenght, other than that the price of UNP steel is cheap and it easily find at market. This manual screen printing tool made with rotary table to make it easier for user and the screen holder can driven up and down using spring. Size of this tool is 1800 x 1800 x 1000mm with rotary table hat has 4 screen tables and can do 4 colors with 4 different designs. This tool also promises precise printing result.
