Data is collected by web survey questionnaire sent to 53 entrepreneurs who own IT new ventures started from 2000 onward. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. The results obtained in this research indicate that there are significant relationships among social capital variable set, entrepreneurial orientation variable set, and organizational resource variable set. Relationship quality variable from social capital variable set, innovation variable from entrepreneurial orientation variable set, and human capital variable from organizational resources variable set have siginificant impact to the profit index and growth index from entrepreneurial performance variable set with a 5%.level of significance.
