Sixthsense Vapeshop is one of the biggest vape business in Tangerang. Vape business is increasingly widespread and not a few who fail when trying to develop this business. The high market competition in vape business makes Sixthsense Vapeshop want to improve its performance. This study aims to measure, analyze and propose performance appraisal at Sixthsense Vapeshop based on the Performance Prism method.
Performance Prism is a theory developed by Cranfield University, then in 2000 Neely, Adams, and Kennerley tried to introduce it as a method of measuring company performance. Performance prism is a refinement of existing performance measurement techniques as a framework. The advantage of the framework involves all stakeholders of the organization, especially investors, customers, end-users, employees, distributors, partners, communities and regulators. Pairwise comparison is used to compare between two elements, so that the priority level of each element is obtained. In this pairwise comparison calculation is used a scale of 1 to 9.
From the results of performance measurement on Sixthsense Vapeshop business Period March 2017 - September 2017, the value obtained by Sixthsense Vapeshop is 3.8. This value gives the result that the performance measurement done by Sixthsense Vapeshop is good. This result is not the best result achieved by Sixthsense Vapeshop. Sixthsense Vapeshop still has to keep improving its performance especially to every indicator that has high enough value, if it is done by Sixthsense Vapeshop, then Sixthsense Vapeshop can get very good result during performance measurement. |
