Concern to high number of teacher’s turnover in a private school become the main reason for this research, especially related to role of working satisfaction and organization commitment. The research is conducted with statistical test on regression equation data of respondent samples, chosen by random sampling method from teacher population (N=184) with proportion 50%. Statistical test with level of confidence 5% to sample (n=92) find significant proof influence of indirect intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction to turnover intention through organization commitment.
