Abstract
This study aims to examine the factors that influence in improving performance of employee’s at PT XYZ Area Kebon Sirih. These factors are Leadership Competencies and Values Organization as independent variable, while the Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The study used a survey method in which 64 employee’s served as respondents sampled by census techniques. Data were collected using questionnaires, the validity and realiability of which have been tested. The data were then analyzed descriptively and using regression and correlation for inferential statistics. Result of the study showed that Leadership Competencies and Values Organization have a positve and significant impact on the performance of employee’s of PT XYZ. Area Kebon Sirih. This result meant that the more effective the leadership competencies and Values Organization , then the employee’s performance will be better. Based on the research of leadership in PT. XYZ Area Kebon Sirih needs to be improved concerning the leadership competencies needs to be improved especially regarding capability in the provision of targets to subordinates, the leader / direct supervisor should have a size and a clear time so that the subordinate can chase the target in accordance with their respective targets and measurable and not overlap. In addition, the managers should also be open to feedback / suggestions in order to achieve the targets, and supporting ideas / ideas from subordinates, so that the role of boss will be more effective in managing the performance of subordinates. The implication of this research is that if the competence of the leadership and implementation of organizational values improved, it will improve the performance of employees.
