This thesis discusses Effect of Job Stress and Work Culture Organizational Civil Servant (PNS) in the Direktorat Pengembangan Kawasan Permukiman and Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya with a sample set of 65 respondents using simple random sampling method. The analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and two predictors regression analysis and hypothesis test. Results of regression analysis showed that two predictors Work Stress and Work Culture jointly (simultaneously) significantly affects organizational commitment, and able to explain the organization's commitment simultaneously at 29.2%. Work Stress does not have a significant influence on Organizational Commitment. While the work culture has positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment of 55.3%. This study found some important conclusions: first that all this hypothesis has been proven significantly. Second, the only variable work culture positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The implication of this research is the work culture has an important role in improving employee performance through the role of organizational commitment. |
