Abstrak
This study aims to analyze permanent employee organizational commitment in PT. Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG. Research of this study using intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation and analyze their influence on employee organizational commitment. In addition, research of this study also use employee performance as mediation variable and analyze its influence on employee organizational commitment. The population of this study are all the permanent employee of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG having 1 year of service at minimum to have valid employee performance result. The population numbers are 277 employees, as for the sample numbers used by writer of this study are 167 employees who works in sales division and back office division. Data collection method is by using questionnaire, which is by giving set of questions directly to each respondent. Other than that, research data collected by using respondent’s performance result on 2016. The data analysis technique in this study are using multiple linear regression which is operated by using SPSS version 21. The result of this study show that both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, and employee performance. As for employee informance is proven to be partial mediation variable which capable on influencing quantity of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation influence on organizational commitment.
