The inventory management, good raw materials is one of the success factors of a manufacturing company to serve the needs of manufacturers and consumers in producing a quality product and on time. PT. XYZ is one of the automotive industry, problems faced was the delay in supply of parts and components to the unavailability of G-line. To meet the demand on time, companies need a system that can help companies to plan all their material needs, the system can be used is the method of continous review system (model Q) is modified at a cost of stockout costs stopline. Based on calculations, for the Stiffener, Block & T/M Case L component obtained optimal amount (Q) for 1267 units with a total cost of inventories Rp 2.960.049,21 during January to October 2009.
