Capability of technology and management are significant factor for assesment strategy of technology for any company. These factor become indicator and give contribution to achive succesfull company. Bussiness strategy of CV. Sapario is diversification product eith focus on company's core compatence, icreasing market share also improvement management system. Based on positioning relative analysis, CV Sapario is on Question Mark Paosition. Bussines strategy that implemented on CV Sapario have some problem, particulary on technology aspect. The problem is how to enlarge the number of machine for diversification spesialisation product, regeneration program for fasilities (manufacture and non-manufacture) that support the company's goal and improvement skill as a humanware element. Based on portfolio strategy, CV Sapario is on Draw Position. On this position, CV Sapario need to increasing invesment to encourage technology may evaluated by Technoware Aspect, Humanware Aspect, Infoware Aspect and Orgaware Aspect (THIO Aspect). Suggest based on THIO Aspect there is improving capability the machine and facilities by invesment also improving skill the employee, increasing technology capability by join vanture with marker leader, and enlarge scope of market (increasing marker share).
