Age 0-24 months is a "golden period" as well as "critical period", where at this time infants and children must obtain the appropriate nutritional intake for optimal growth and development. According to RISKESDAS data in 2013 the overall prevalence of underweight and wasting children decreased from 13.6 percent in 2007 to 12.1 percent by 2013, but the figure is still considerable and is still considered to be a serious health problem. Method : This research is a descriptive analytic research with cross-sectional research design. The sample of the research is 7-12 months infants which amounted to 105 in Puskesmas of Penjaringan I North Jakarta. Baby’s parents are interviewed about infant feeding using Food Frequency Questionnare (FFQ). Infant nutritional status was measured using the anthropometric index of BB / U. Result : The majority of infant feeding pattern is less (92.4%). The majority of respondents showed good nutritional status (93.3%). The result of Fisher’s exact bivariate analysis showed that there was no correlation relationship between the food pattern to nutritional status (p = 0.562). Conclusion: The 7-12 month baby feeding pattern at the Puskesmas of Penjaringan I North Jakarta is classified as less. The number of baby food 7-12 months at Public Health Center Penjaringan I North Jakarta classified as less. Type of baby food 7-12 months in Public Health Puskesmas Penjaringan I North Jakarta classified as bad. Nutritional status of infants 7-12 months in Puskesmas Kelurahan Penjaringan I North Jakarta is good. There is no significance difference between the amount of food to nutritional status.
