Human’s physic is a single complementary organs and one of them is the genital parts. There are many normal flora in women’s genital organs which can cause some health problems if it’s not well mantained in balance. However, those can actually be prevented by oneself. Women’s behaviour in maintaining their genital hygiene and sanitation can be an important terms to keep them away from diseases and saty healthy. Methods : This research is a descriptive study and using survey as a design. The survey data were collected from all 2014 female students of Faculty of Medicine in Atmajaya University through questionnaire. These questionnaires are about the knowledge, attitude, and practice of women’s genital hygiene, especially focusing on women’s bathing habits, also the practice of toilet hygiene and menstrual hygiene. All data will be tested using SPSS program to show the distribution of knowledge, attitude, and practice in Atmajaya female medical students. Results : Results shown that most of the female students in Atmajaya University, Faculty of Medicine have basic knowledge through their mother with the latest education of at least secondary school. Then, most of them also have good attitude and practice of in maintaining the hygiene of genital organs. Conclusion : The knowledge of female university students in Atmajaya Faculty of Medicine which have benn through tthe seventh terms and have learned the Reproductive Organs and Sense Systems and also based on their mother’s latest education is all good.
