Abstract
Crises attack all kind of business, no matter small organization or conglomeration. It happens because of management failure or natural disaster. This paper is figuring out a model of communication and crisis which happen in conglomeration business in Indonesia. Based on effective crisis communication concept in analysis, this qualitative research is using observation on secondary data as a fact finding. Research found that crisis could be happen suddenly and unpredictable as well as predictable. It is uneasy to handle when involving external stakeholders, such as community and government. It is also becomes more complicated when the owner and leader of the organization lack of crisis sensitivity, especially in this era of internet. This research conclusion is that crisis may attack organization, management and individual as the triangle of crisis. Therefor, strong communication strategic is needed in the level of organization, management as well as individual.
