Isi artikel
Learning styles or various approaches of learning is an important aspect to consider in language teaching because they allow students to learn their best. There are some learning styles categories developed by the experts; one of the most widely-used is Fleming's VARK model (sometimes VAK) which divides them into three categories namely visual learners, auditory learners, and kinesthetic learners or tactile learners. This paper, then, explain about those three learning stiles as well as investigated what kinds of learning styles used by the 6th semester’s English Department students in attending their Material Development class. It also looked into their final assignments to see whether or not the students’ learning styles impacted the arrangement of their English teaching materials and how much they influenced the projects.
