The employee or human resources are regarded as important assets of company. The Spirit and Motivasi of the employee has a direct correlation with their work. The problem is a big the objective of this research is to find out how far is the motivation influences the work. The research used survey and the by distributing questionnaire to 20 employees. The collected data ware analyzed by form of Coefficient mothods. The results show that (1) the correlation between the motivation and the work is low, (2) The motivation given for the employees by PT.Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara has not unsatisfied yet.
