Com starch or maize starch is one of the agro-industrial products from corn that can be generated by means of wet milling of corn kemels. Corn strach has ben widely used in various industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and ethanol. The problem often faced is that the goverment still has to import maize starch from other countries to meet the domestic demand. The purpose of this paper is to provide information about the processing of corn starch. The method used library research and analyzed descriptively. It is concluded that the process of the corn to be corn starch is very simple and can be done by many people so it can add to increase the value of the corn.
