Gembyangan Waranggana is a ritual inaguration or confession of Waranggana candidate becomes Waranggana who has an authority to perform Langen Tayub. Gembyangan Waranggana or usually known as Waranggana graduation becomes unseparable activity with "bersih desa" in Ngrajek, Sambirejo, Tanjung Anom, Nganjuk. Gembyangan Waranggana has become the annual local tourism agenda in Nganjuk regency. This research was done because for fifteen years Gembyangan Waranggana managed tourism agency has not provided a positive impact on society. With this packaging development model of cultural tourism is expected to be more positive impact for society and the artists involved in this activity. The research procedure for the second year will go as follow: (a) Identifying the existance of traditional dance in Nganjuk, (b) Laboratory work by creating the new dance that in compliance with the characteristics of Nganjuk traditional art, (c) Recording and documenting the innovation dance, (d) Discussing the result of model development of the new dance with cultural experts, tourism practitioner, academician, etc., (e) Producing and copying souvenir featuring of Langen Tayub and see how it works in Gembyangan Waranggana event, (f) Held a promotion of Gembyangan Waranggana to the various of society including all of the students, using a model that has been conducted in the first year of the research, (g) Presenting the new dance which is based on Nganjuk traditional dance at Gembyangan Waranggana performance. From the above explanation, it can be concluded that Gembyangan Waranggana which is continuously performed is a positive action to preserve the safety of nation’s culture. It is viewed as an act of saving our ancestor's heritage weather in the form of idea and symbols or in the form of behavior that reflects the character of nation's culture.
