Isi artikelThe main objective of this research was to find out whether price, access, speed, features, reliability and performance, and also customer support factor would have impact on the Indonesian internet user satisfaction. The research hopefully could be useful for Internet Service Provider (ISP) companies to improve their quality of service, and on the other hand as a recommendation for internet user when choosing an ISP. Finally, the results would show that price, access, speed, feature, reliability and perfomance, and customer support were related to internet user satisfaction, but only feature, reliability and performance, and customer support had significant impact to internet user satisfaction.
