The purpose of this article is to explain how the late-movers companies can get success in the industry. The point is they have to be confident that they have strength and opportunity to compete with the first-movers companies. The success late-movers companies have the ability to learn. Learning about their customers, products and their competitors. Through learning, they can climb up the value curve of the industry to became challenger to the market leader which is first-movers in the industry. The late-movers companies should have the right strategies to compete with their competitors, and also is better when they have a strong leader who have charisma and will lead his/her company away from the negative thinking, and achieve the success in the global market.
