Isi artikelThe roles of HR function has been shifted, starting from payroll clerk and welfare supporter, and then became corporate policeman and industrial relation, and now is going to be as a business partner. There are four main roles in HR function for becoming a business partner, they are strategic partner, administrative expert, employee champion, and change agent. Till now, strategic partner role is the most difficult to be achieved compare to others, because it depends on the value that can be given by HR function to organization.
