Acute myocardium infarction is condition that characterized by death of heart muscle (necrosis) which is caused by less blood supply (ischemia). Myocardium ischemia often caused by atherosclerosis in coronary arteries. Necrosis of heart muscle and atherosclerosis in coronary arteries causes inflammatory reaction. Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio can be used as a marker which cheap and get easily for diagnosis acute myocardium infarction. Methods. This is a correlative analytic study and descriptive study with cross-sectional design. The respondents are 49 acute myocardium infarction in Atma Jaya Hospital and Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk who meet the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The data were analyzed by using pearson correlative statistic test to find the relationship between NLR, blood laboratory test and risk factor of acute myocardium infarction with the confidence interval in this study is 95%. This study finds cut off point of acute myocardium infarction with receiver operating curve (ROC) Results. Data analysis shows that there is no a significant relationship between NLR with systolic (p = 0.397) and diastolic (p = 0.73) blood pressure when the patient came to hospital, hemoglobin (p = 0.71), hematocrit (p = 0.166) and platelet (p = 0.37). There is a significant relationship between NLR with leucocyte (p = 0.003) Cut-off point for acute myocardium infarction is = 2,5 (sensitivity 51% and specificity 95,5% with area under the curve 64,5%) Conclusion. The study shows that there is no a significant association between NLR with hemoglobin, hematocrit, blood pressure and platelet.
