Based on mosaic theory of essential hypertension, there are many factors that can cause hypertension. Genetic is the main factor and at least three environmental factor like salt intake, stress, and obesity. IMT and sleep duration also can affect the blood pressure. The research aims to identify the association between IMT, sleep duration, and blood pressure. Methods This study was conducted in 2017 using a cross-sectional design. Samples of this study (n=100) were active employee of Atma Jaya Catholic University in Semanggi. The IMT measured with scale and microtoise. Sleep duration measured with questionnaire. Blood pressure measured with blood pressure cuff. The data was collected primarily and analyzed using fischer exact test. Result The results show that there is a significant association between IMT and sleep duration (p<0.05). There is no significant association between sleep duration and blood pressure (p> 0.05.) Conclusion This study shows that there is a significant association between IMT and sleep duration. But, there is no significant association between sleep duration and blood pressure.
