The increasing number of business actors in the culinary field and the increasing competition between business with each other, making Strike Seafood as one of the many culinary businesses engaged in the field of seafood, should expand its business, so that the restaurant can compete with its competitors. This study aims to determine the internal factors of the restaurant into the strengths and weaknesses, as well as external factors that become the restaurant opportunities and threats from the restaurant Strike Seafood. From internal and external factors that have been identified, then compiled in the form of appropriate alternative strategies that later in this study can be determined appropriate strategy among alternative strategies that can be applied to Seafood Restaurant Strike. Strategy is a means to assist the organization in achieving the goals to be achieved organization. This research uses several methods: IFE, EFE, SWOT and QSPM. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and questionnaires. For data weighting is assisted with Expert Choice 11 software. The results show that with SWOT analysis of alternative strategies formed, then made the selection of priorities against these alternative strategies by using QSPM method. The QSPM method shows down the strategy that is the main priority of existing alternative strategies of conducting an assessment survey of what consumers want and what trends consumers are in. This is because the total amount of attraction for that strategy is 6.109 more than the the total amount of attraction from other alternative strategies. |
