Job satisfaction is an interesting phenomena in an organization. It is something very useful to support the organization to obtain in target. There are many ways to do by the leaders to provide job satisfaction expecting the organization's objectives can be reached. The objective of the study is determine the relationship between work motivation and lecturers job satisfaction. The study's subjects were 40 randomly sampled respondent of a private university. The study concluded that there was a positive relationship between work motivation and lecturers job satisfaction. Implication to provide the optimal result, the leader should motivate lecturers to improve
