The investigation about Tonsea vocabulary in Corn Browth at Kauditan subsdistrict, aims at obtaining on the thinking pattern (cognitive map). the data have been collected by using the technique of particpation observation followed by a direct interview based on a list of discriptive questions. the collected data have beenanalysis by using domain, taxonomi componential and cultural theme analysis. the linguistic analysis has been used on the morphological aspect. the result of the investigation showed that Tonsea Society has Corn Growth System Inherited from their ancestors expressed in the vocabulary of their language. the system vocabulary is indicated by word affication, reduplication as well as world grouping.
