This research is aimed at developing a computer program containing an integrated item bank database and a program to make test and result analysis. Five packages of mathematic test were developed consisting of MAT -SKI, MA T -SK2A, MA T - SK2B, MAT -SK3A and MAT -SK3B. Those five test packages were tried out to 1648 students from eight senior high schools in Sukoharjo regency. The results of the try out were analyzed using Bilog 3. This item bank then was stored in a database. After the program was made, the test and the program were analyzed and the results were made, then they were integrated with the item bank in one database. A guidebook was developed and issued for the following year try out. The use of the computer program gave some benefits. First, it optimized the use of computer memory because of the normalization process that separated semi-permanent data into small tables that were interconnected with either primary or secondary key. Second, there was possibility to simultaneously enter the TrKerjaw data for similar data like the number of students from certain classes that answer questions at a certain date. This computer program also worked systematically, quickly, and accurately so that it could overcome the complexity and difficulty in calculation, particularly in calculating log function and likelihood function.
