The main problem on the land transportation sector in Manado city often occurs due to traffic jam, include Sam Ratulangi street in front of Coco supemarket. The question regarding this problem are as follows: (I) is there a difference between the type of "urban transport" and "non urban transport" , in the use of the jams roads? (2) is there a difference in terms of the amount of"urban transport"and "non urban transport" during busy hours? (3) is the road capacity still capable to accommodate the amount of car transportation being used? . The result of the research show that, there is a significant difference between the type of car transportation and the peak hour to the level of using the often jammed road in this location. Than the result of this research too show that,there is a difference in kind of peak hour per day between both types of cars for urban transport and non urban transport in the using of the often jammed road. Finnaly,the result of analysis regarding "limits range" (Q/C) shows that the road service level of "F" category is on this location.
