Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain how the influence of product, price, place promotion, people, process, phycisal evidence and word of mouth variable influence the purchase decision on air tickets by Adhisatya Tour & Travel consumers. In a test of these variables, the researcher used Adhisatya Tour & Travel consumers as a research subject. The study was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 245 respondents of Adhisatya Tour & Travel consumers who lived in Apartemen Gading Icon Jakarta with likert scale. Sample was taken using purposive sampling. The results showed that the product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence and word of mouth variable have significant influence on purchase decision by customers of Adhisatya Tour & Travel, but the most dominant variable influencing purchase decision is word of mouth.
